To the question of delimiting the illegal circulation of means of payment and other crimes against the interests of entrepreneurial activity

The article discusses some issues of delimiting the composition of the illegal circulation of means of payment with related compositions. The authors analyze the subject of the crime under Art. 187 of the Criminal Code on the basis of a synthesis of legislation and judicial practice.
