Concerning exercise of the right to education

The article discusses the concept, content, guarantees of the right to education, problems of education modernization in contemporary Russia. It is shown that direct exercise of the right to education is carried out in order to ensure both the interests of the society and personal needs of citizens. The state provides its citizens with vast opportunities to use types and forms of education system according to their own choice. The degree of realization of the right to education determines ultimately the quality of life of a modern human.
