On the question of the implementation of the Senday framework program on reducing the risk of disasters for 2015-2030

The article considers the peculiarities of the Sendai Framework Program for Disaster Risk Reduction for 2015-2030. The interim results of the program are considered. The assumptions about the causes of the deficiencies are presented. There are also ideas for improving this program.
