On innovative development strategy implementation of Russian Federation on the modern stage

The article analyses intermediate results of innovative development strategyimplementation of the Russian Federation till 2020. It is found that basic elementsof system of institutes of development have been established to create the functionalinnovative environment, they include “Fund of assistance to development of smallforms of the enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere”, venture funds andother. At the same time, according to authors, more active involvement of theyoung population into the process of innovative formation capacity of the countryis required today. To draw attention of school students to innovations, it is offeredto hold seminars with participation of experts in the field of innovations in theseparate areas (the industry, transport, medicine, etc). It offers market research ofdemand of potential buyers of innovative products. It will raise demand of workingresults of the organizations which are engaged in researches and developments inthe market of innovations.
