On the role of the logistics center in the comprehensive development and digitalization of production of household refrigeration equipment and medical refrigeration equipment

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of creating logistics centers in the industrial sector, as well as a description of the practice of directly creating a logistics center using digital technologies for effective management of warehouse logistics. The article studies and systematizes the issues of modern theory and practice of integrated development of production systems based on logistics solutions, as well as research directly related to the organization of production and operation of refrigeration equipment, including the use of lean manufacturing methods and technologies; presents and characterizes the role and importance of a logistics center for the integrated development of the production of household refrigeration equipment and medical refrigeration equipment at the enterprise; describes the features of the integration of digital technologies used in production and the logistics center and their impact on the connections within the existing production organization system. A strategic project for the construction of a new logistics center has been implemented at POZIS JSC, providing for a whole range of organizational and technical solutions aimed at increasing productivity, working conditions, and, most importantly, at making a breakthrough in the development of the production system. The logistics center allowed the company to solve problems that were becoming more acute given the growth in production, including optimizing the logistics flows of products and significantly reducing the time it takes to load refrigeration equipment to trading partners.
