To the question of the role of the legislation of the Russian Federation in providing complex development of territories for housing construction

The author gives an assessment of the housing legislation of Russia and reveals the problems caused by the lack of development and contradictions arising in the process of integrated development of territories. He makes a conclusion about the expediency of reducing the legislative activity in the housing sector and the need to concentrate the intellectual and financial resources of the legislator on the development of organizational and economic mechanisms for implementing the laws and normative legal acts that have already been adopted.
