Concerning the situations of conflict of interests in the education sphere

The corruption is one of the most dangerous social and legal phenomena that undermine not only the normal functioning of the state apparatus, but also many other social institutions performing the public functions. These institutions include the education sphere. The article analyzes the institution of interest conflict of teaching personnel, which was introduced by the Federal Law "On Education". The author also considers situations generating a conflict of interests in the field of educational relations.
