The content of the forensic characteristics of thefts committed from bank accounts, as well as in relation to electronic money

One of the important components of the organization of the disclosure and investigation of crimes is a detailed analysis of their forensic characteristics. Within the framework of this work, the author, to optimize the methods of investigation of thefts committed from bank accounts, as well as in relation to electronic money (paragraph "d" of Part 3 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), analyzed the features of individual elements of the criminalistic characteristics of this category of crimes, drew attention to the correlation of its elements.
