Concerning the content of “slow movement”

This article is a continuation of the study of existential models of human behavior. It discusses urgent issues of the modern society, justifying the need to restore the lost relations in life, to achieve harmony with oneself and the outside world. The dethronement of the cult of speed and the awareness of rushing and fast-paced style of life leads the author to the conclusion about the need to slow down, show one's own will, understand what risks the age of haste imposes, and find a way out of the "racing for time".
