To the question about the content of some elements of the criminal mechanism provided by article 2432 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation

Introduction: the article is devoted to the mechanism of illegal search and (or) removal of archaeological objects from their places of occurrence. Presents the concept and elements of mechanism of a crime, disclosed the contents of several elements relating to the Commission of a crime under article of the criminal code 2432: typical subjects of criminal assault, characteristics of offender, the modus operandi of the crime, the typical traces that are typical for the Commission of such offences. Materials and methods: the legal framework of this study consists of the criminal and criminal procedure legislation of the Russian Federation, materials of the study of judicial and investigative practice in criminal cases of crimes under article 2432 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation. The methodological basis of the research is the General dialectical method of cognition. In addition, methods of analysis, description, and generalization were used. Results of the study based on the analysis of materials of forensic investigative practices for crimes envisaged in article 2432 of the criminal code, considered a number of the elements of the mechanism of Commission of the crime, noted the regularities of typical traces. Finding and conclusions: it is concluded that the possession of information about the regularities of the mechanism of the analyzed crimes will contribute to the effective work of law enforcement agencies to combat them and preserve the national culture for future generations of Russians.
