The article deals the concepts content “Law-formation”, “Lawmaking” and “Law-creation” and their interrelation. There is proposed the classification of lawmaking rules according the following stage of a legal act adoption: “Law-formation”, “Law- making”, the entry of the adopted act into legal force.
