To the question of the ratio of objective and subjective imputation in the implementation of criminal liability for mediation in commercial bribery

The article addresses the problem of compliance with the principle of guilt and its element - subjective imputation in criminal cases of mediation in commercial bribery. The author discloses the essence of this problem, and also formulates and justifies a proposal to solve it by improving the criminal law and the practice of its application.
