On the issue of the relationship between the concepts "victim" and "object of crime"

There are many opinions on the issue of the relationship between the attributes of victim and object of crime. Basically they come to equating the victim with the subject, equating the victim with the object and classifying the victim as the object attributes. The correct solution of this issue depends, first of all, on the approach to understand the object. The victim is present in the object of crime as a subjective element of social relations in any criminal infringements. At the same time, the concepts “victim of crime” and “subject of crime” do not coincide.
