The problem of correlation of legal prohibitions and allied legal concepts

The article is devoted to theoretical problems of the essence of legal bans and restrictions, their classification and their connection with other legal concepts. The scientific novelty of the article consists in the analysis of doctrinal sources on the specified problem and conclusions of the author concerning terminology and the maintenance of legal prohibitions. The special attention is paid to existence of legal prohibitions in the criminal, administrative law, and also to their difference from the absolute bans used out of legal system.
