Towards the question of correlation between faith and knowledge in sociocultural space of modernity

In the article the specificity and the relationship of knowledge and faith in modern culture is analyzed. The author proves that today it is necessary as a rational division of roles and functions of the knowledge and faith, religion and science, and the recognition of the importance of their harmonic unity for the further development of mankind.
