Revisiting the improvement of legal regulation of the work with incapacitated patients

The article analyzed one of the commonest cases in outpatient psychiatric care using a case study method. The implications and conclusions made by the authors in respect to this conflict can be useful when dealing with the legal regulations of psychiatric services rendered to incapacitated people.
