Current condition of Kronshtadt's forts

The authors analyzed the current state of historical and cultural sites – forts of Kronstadt. We investigate legal and physical state of both the objects and the land under them. The conclusions are that the failure to conduct properly the state cadastral registration of land plots and real estate, the deplorable physical condition of the forts, and the fact that the owners, users and managers of most of these structures are different individuals, resulting in the destruction of historical and cultural significance and loss their historical significance.
