On the matter of creation administrative courts in the Russian Federation

The Constitution of the Russian Federation provides that judicial power is administered through constitutional, civil, administrative and criminal judicial procedure. In turn the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation pointed out that judicial procedure on administrative cases must be an administrative judicial procedure whether it is executed by the trial court of general jurisdiction or arbitration court.
