On the issue of the status of a self-employed person

The author examines the problem of determining the legal status of a self-employed person. Thus, it was concluded that currently there are a number of gaps in the legislation related to the legal status of persons paying professional income tax and registered in accordance with the procedure established by law. The author has identified a number of urgent problems and proposed ways to solve them.
