Concerning strategic development of the mono industry regions on the basis of the innovative clusters creation

The article deals with specifics of development of the mono industry regions, in which the predominating industry is on the various stages of life cycle. The author describes a structure of the innovative cluster functioning as a basis for development of the innovative policy in the mono industry region. The paper suggests the three strategies for development of the region, in which the most significant product is on the various life cycle stages.
