The article describes the content of the subjective side of the crime stipulated by the article 228 2 of the Criminal Code - the violation of the rules of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances turnover. Analyzing the opinions on this issue expressed in the literature, the author justifies his own view, referring to not only theoretical concepts, but also examples from the law enforcement practice.
