This article shows the need to eliminate the territorial division (by location) of operational police units with inspections for minors, as one of the factors that worsen the effectiveness of their interaction during the operational search activities for juveniles. The article provides a historical analysis of the origin of this division. Specific steps are proposed to improve their collaboration during operational search activities for minors, expressed in changing the legal framework and territorial combination of inspections with internal Affairs departments.
