About legal nature of the relationship of shareholding in housing construction when inheritor of shareholder is a party of the relationship

Article is devoted the analysis of legal relationship between inheritor of the participant of share building and the builder under the individual share contract in apartment house building. The thesis that between the participant of share building and the builder arise relative obligations relationship is in addition proved. The type of the relationship does not change in case of fulfilment of universal assignment on the party of the shareholder.
