Concerning the issue on the transparency of the Russian Federation customs legislation

The article defines the problem of the customs control mechanism in the context of customs legislation transparency and the Russian Federation appeal to importers. The author provides recommendations on their elimination. This article also describes a mechanism for the integration of the efficient subordinate legislations into the codified regulations. The methodological backgrounds of the study are the economic methods, including analysis method, generalization method and legalistic method. The research results, which have a high degree of multiplicative property, can be extended to other areas of legal regulation of state control.
