Concerning the variability of the constitutional principle of a federal state

In the course of the research the author considers features of the structure of the constitutional principle, describes the variability of the principle of jurisdiction areas and powers，separation between federal and territorial public authorities of the Russian Federation as its integral element. It is concluded, that the considered principle of the federal state, as well as other bases of the constitutional system, has a certain structure, the features of which determine the variability of the mentioned principle, which in turn is interconnected with the actual realization of all legal components constituting this principle.
