The paper analyzes the features of a legally enforceable right of ownership and other rights to land, and especially the legal regulation of the implementation of these rights. Background due to the fact that currently in Russias legal problems of establishing certain rights to the land actively discussed. Also discussed, in which law, civil or land, they should be consolidated.
