The study of virtual organization as a form of network cooperation between higher schools in the sector of educational services

The article demonstrates the benefits of participation of higher schools in a virtual organization as a form of network cooperation. Network cooperation here is a system of cooperation of equal higher schools without a major leader in this network in order to create value. Virtual organization is a form of network cooperation on a par with a strategic alliance, a cluster and others, but differs from the use of IT technologies, Internet resources, online platforms for its accomplishment. The article explores the benefits of participating in a virtual organization as a form of network cooperation and the two groups of benefiters that give a positive effect from participation in network cooperation on the whole are formed, the first is the university and the second is the student. The key advantages are widespread awareness and the increase in the number of students, on the one hand, the quality of educational services and the study of best practices, on the other hand, respectively. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the virtual organization as a form of network cooperation of educational institutions of higher education has prospects for development.
