More on the possibility to lease a part of the item

The article presents the discussion of a possibility of entering into agreements for leasing a part of an item. From an economic point of view, a potential leaser may need to use not the whole item but only a part of it. Such economic relations require adequate legal regulation. However, civil law science and civil legislation have not yet developed a unified approach to the possibility of such lease relations legal constructions in principle. A conclusion is made that a user agreement for leasing should be understood as providing an opportunity of temporary using an item to the leaser by a titleholder, this also covering the relations associated with using a part of an item.
