On the possibility of concluding an agreement on the payment of alimony in Russia (historiographical review)

This scientific article is devoted to the problem of determining the legal nature of the agreement on the payment of alimony. In the course of the study, the positions of scientists regarding its legal nature are considered. The author comes to the conclusion that the alimony agreement is an independent family law contract.
