To the question on the introduction of the law towards the decriminalization of domestic violence

The article is connected with the adoption in February 2017 one of the most discussed and evocative laws in Russia, namely, the law on the decriminalization of domestic violence. The article is written for students receiving legal education, as well as teachers who are interested in the issues of law, in particular, changes in the legislation of the Russian Federation.
