The interaction between investigative and operational units in the implementation of investigative information on crimes against the sexual inviolability of minors committed by using the Internet

The article deals with general provisions of the theory of detective-search activity, associated with the concept of "operational-investigative information". Typical operative-investigative situations which take place in the process of realization of operative-investigative information, including at the stage of operative-investigative maintenance of investigation are outlined. Also considered and disclosed a specific algorithm of action of operational officers of internal affairs agencies and employees of investigative units in the preparation and conduct of complex operational-investigative activities and investigative actions in the detection and investigation of crimes against the sexual inviolability of minors to be committed using the Internet.
