Digital rights management under civil law

The main task of the legal regulation of the creation and use of modern digital technologies is the development and implementation of a new legal area that could provide the most favored nation treatment for the use of digital rights in Russia. The article is devoted to civil law methods of protecting digital rights, since it is new digital technologies that create a completely new technological environment for the legal system as a whole. Digital technologies dictate their own conditions to which it is necessary to adapt legal institutions, including institutions of civil law, regulation of civil turnover.
