The article discusses issues related to the peculiarities of the psychology and tactics of the state prosecution in the courts, when considering cases with participation of jury assessors. Attention is paid to the study of the psychological characteristics of behavior in the court of the public Prosecutor when dealing with the defendant, jurors, the defense and the other participants in the process. Participation of Prosecutor in court makes him a high moral demands. These requirements can be fulfilled by the Prosecutor with a high level of legal and General culture, knowledge of bases of psychology and rhetoric, the laws of logic, able to debate.
