On the issue of administrative responsibility in the sphere of trafficking and consumption of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances

The article discusses the theoretical aspects and practical features of administrative responsibility in the sphere of trafficking in narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, new potentially dangerous psychoactive substances. The administrative and tort situation in this area is studied based on the analysis of statistical data of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. The authors make their own proposals to improve counteraction to offenses in this area.
