Revisited the administrative expulsion of foreign citizens and stateless people

The problem of applying the administrative law in the field of migration, namely the issues related to the expulsion of foreign citizens and stateless people for committing an administrative offense is considered in the article. The proceeding peculiarities of administrative offenses and administrative expulsion order are revealed. The article presents statistical data on people subject to expulsion and judicial practice in the Chelyabinsk region.
