The desire of instantaneous reorganization of a life was characteristic for formation of the Soviet culture in 20th years of the XX century which were named indeed as the Renaissance flowering, enchanting flash. Such condition of the Soviet culture wasnt long. It began to feel gradually «hard pressure of accurately regulated policy of the state». The revolutionary government declared that art isnt entertainment, and the powerful factor of increasing of common level of culture in broad mass and awakening of legal consciousness in them. Their benefit in buildings business of socialism was criterions estimation of artwork.
