On the question of authorship of the chronicle account of apostle Andrew

On the basis of the connections, identified by the author, between the account of Apostle Andrew in the Chronicle and the activities of Prince Vsevolod Yaroslavich, the author proposed the hypothesis that the Chronicle account was authored by Metropolitan Ephrem of Pereyaslavlʹ. The author traces geographical, literary and narrative parallels between the account and other works authored by Metropolitan Ephrem. His authorship of the Chronicle account is also supported by its historical context.
