On the issue of official and official integration state languages in the southern region of Kyrgyzstan

In many developed modern states the language policy is built on multilingualism, this is reflected in scientific research, there is such a pattern, such an interconnection: countries where the population uses two or more languages in their life activity develop faster and more intensively. Such language activity was called modernist. The article deals with issues of bilingualism.
