To the question of performance of home arrest

The article analyzes the criminal procedure legislation on preventive measures, concludes that certain provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation do not correspond to existing realities, since the legislator in some cases admits gaps, shortcomings and inaccuracies in the implementation of this procedural preventive measure. Despite the constantly introduced amendments and additions to the criminal procedure legislation, some issues remain unresolved. Some suggestions aimed at improving the effectiveness of this preventive measure are shown.
