To the issue of the history of emotional intellect study

The paper has analyzed the theoretical approaches to a study of emotion and intellect, as well as the characteristics of their interaction. The basic principles and models that describe the interaction of psyche ’s emotional and intellectual spheres within the psychology of intellect and psychology of emotions have been considered since antiquity through the 90s of the twentieth century.
