On the issue of changing currency legislation in Russia

At present, states are solving a number of tasks facing the economy, such as effective regulation of foreign economic work, formation of monetary reserves, making the monetary unit stable, increasing the importance of state and foreign investments in Russian production, through the introduction of effective currency control. The article provides an overview of changes in legislation in the field of currency regulation and control, provides arguments «for» and «against».
