On the question of changes in legislation of joint tax and customs inspections in the Russian Federation

This paper presents the analysis of legal regulation of the cooperation between tax and customs services in the Russian Federation. In particular, there is a review of joint tax and customs inspections. The paper emphasizes an importance of joint control activity of tax and customs services andoutlines actuality of legal regulation of this type of cooperation between tax and customs services.
