Concerning the efficiency of execution of civil penalty for road traffic offences (case study of the activities of State road traffic safety inspectorate of the Republic of Mordovia)

The article discusses the problems of collection and enforcement of civil penalties for road traffic offences by case study of the Republic of Mordovia. The authors analyse the features of enforcement activities with participation of the officers of State Road Traffic Safety Inspectorate of Russia and the court bailiffs. The paper lists the changes incorporated in the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation aimed at improvement of the efficiency of the aforesaid organizations and increase of collection of administrative fines for traffic violations.
