On a question on efficiency of judicial protection

The article deals with the problem of efficiency of judicial protection, the concept of a way of protection, the question of a choice of an appropriate way of protection. The typical features of the effective judicial protection and the appropriate way of protection come are outlined. The analysis made by the author dealing with doctrinal judgments on the question of assertion and advocateship allows to work out the authorial position on the essence of the investigated issues.
