Concerning economic and legal regulation of labour market and employment in the southern federal district

This article focuses on the urgent issues of employment in the labor market of the Southern Federal District. The undertaken study shows that there is a need for improvement of the current labour legislation, which in the first place may help to solve the various problems of unemployment, informal employment and structural adjustment of the labour market.
