Concerning evolution of the individual cognitive abilities

The author, being a supporter of the academic philosophy, believes that there should be limits to the expansion and substitution of notions, which are exploited by the contemporary postmodernist authors as methodological means of the “truth searching". In this respect, the author suggests not to confuse the concept of evolution with the individual development concept.
