Problem of integration of cadastral registration system and the system of state registration of estate to real property

The paper analyzes and examines the legal and economically viable grounds of creation of a unified federal system in the sphere of state registration of rights to real estate and state cadastral registration of real estate as a result of the adoption of the federal law «On State Registration of Real Estate» in July 13, 2015. the author notes that the dynamics of the development of this institute is improving, as evidenced by the improvement of ranking in Doing Business, but the legislative initiative of the relevant act is premature and not fully worked over.
