Concerning providing of the qualitative construction and installation works by the construction companies of the Kemerovo region in 1943-1985

This paper focuses on the identification of the key trends in the quality change of the construction and installation works in the civil, industrial and sociocultural projects. The problem is many-sided, for it affects different activity areas of the construction organizations: the quality of the design and estimate documentation and construction materials, qualification of workers.
