On the assessment of the effectiveness of the management of the regional AGR

The role of the regional management of the agro-industrial complex in the light of the implementation of state programs for the development of this industry at the present stage is significant. It is therefore necessary to develop new methods for assessing the effectiveness of the regional management system of the agro-industrial complex. The evaluation system proposed by the authors consists of three groups of indicators: the effectiveness of the management system; Its impact, assessed by the results of the implementation of the State Program for Agricultural Development and Regulation of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food Markets for the 2013-2020 year; Targeting social and economic development through innovative mechanisms. The use of the proposed method and the developed score rating will allow to identify: the most «bottlenecks» affecting the effectiveness of the regional agribusiness management bodies, which will allow them to speed up the development of measures to eliminate them.
