To the question of assessing the effectiveness of regional policy, as a combination of economic, social and environmental components

The purpose of the article is to develop a methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of regional policy, as a combination of economic, social and environmental components. The difference of the presented approach consists in a comprehensive analysis of the three components of the regional component policy, an emphasis on the environmental component and assessment of its impact on other components of regional policy, taking into account the specific factors of the development of specific regions, the use of the system of planned and threshold indicators of environmental and socio-economic development, the possibility of assessing the interrelationship of the components of regional policy on the basis of forecasting the possible options for a parallel change in the performance indicators of the three components of regional policy.
